Founded in 2023, Umoja Empowerment Resources (UER) was established by a cross-generational group of professionals who saw the urgent need for intentional empowerment. Our mission is to support individuals, the private sector, and public sector organizations in Africa through innovative collaborations and learning initiatives, ensuring maximum productivity and long-term sustainability.

We focus especially on empowering women, young people, and persons with disabilities, ensuring that no one is left behind in the quest for development and sustainability.
